Custom software

I build management software, apps and AI integrations for small and midsize businesses.

For me, being a freelancer means having the opportunity to meet people, discover unfamiliar worlds and build beautiful software that is useful to those who use it. It also means responsibility.
Companies, associations, freelancers, and many other people choose to entrust their projects to me. Grateful for their trust, I work on those projects every day as if they were my own.
I am based in Padova and Rubano, and I regularly work with clients throughout Italy.

How I work

Before writing any code, I want to understand you and your work. That is where the ideas, the project and the software begin to take shape.

  1. I listen and get to know your work

I start with your needs and help you clarify them. I take the time to get to know you, your business and the processes you follow every day.

  2. I imagine and design the solution

I bring together what I have learned about your work and imagine how software could help you. I turn these ideas into a concrete proposal.

  3. I set out the timeline and costs

I provide a clear quote covering the timeline and costs. Before we start working together, we agree on what to build.

  4. I build it and let you try it

During development, I show you the progress and provide working versions of parts of the software for you to try. We discuss something tangible as the project takes shape.

  5. I deliver the software and source code

At the end of the project, I hand over the software I have built and its source code.

  6. I remain available

After delivery, I remain available for fine-tuning, fixing issues, training and further development of the project.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions

How much does a project cost?

Cost depends on goals, complexity, the number of roles involved, integrations, and the level of automation required. After a short call I provide a clear estimate with realistic options.

How long does it take?

A custom software project usually takes from 2 to 8 months or more, but I often start with an operational MVP to validate the most important workflows quickly.

Do you also build software for inventory and logistics?

Yes. I can develop modules for stock, batches, inventories, barcodes, picking, orders, shipments, and operational dashboards, integrating them with tools already used in the company.

Do you also integrate AI features?

Yes, when they bring a concrete advantage: document reading, data extraction, content classification, internal assistants, semantic search, and automations for text, email, or knowledge bases.

Can I start with an MVP?

Of course. That is usually how I work. We define the essential features to validate the idea, then evolve the product.

Do you use native development when needed?

Yes. For scanners, NFC, Bluetooth, geolocation, advanced notifications, background tasks, or specific system APIs, I can develop custom native integrations with Swift and Kotlin.

Do you also work locally?

Yes. I live and work between Padua and Rubano and regularly support local companies, with calls or meetings when process analysis benefits from direct contact.

Do you support me after release?

Yes, I offer maintenance, periodic updates, and ongoing support to ensure security and operational continuity.
