In the thermal spa area of Abano and Montegrotto Terme, the medical practice coordinates doctors working at hotels. The web app connects the doctor’s work with the operator’s: from weekly availability to visit reporting.

01Availability
The week starts with the doctor.
The doctor enters their availability for mornings and afternoons, then confirms the week. The operator reviews the collected availability in their coordination view.
Confirmation makes the availability status explicit.

02Assignments
From availability to hotels.
The operator reviews the weekly overview and assigns doctors to hotels. Each doctor can see the facilities assigned to them for each day in their own area.

03Visits
The day’s activities take shape.
For each assigned hotel, the doctor enters the number of standard and extra visits. Once entry is complete, they confirm the day’s counts.
Confirmation closes the doctor’s entry for that day.

04Reporting
Two perspectives on the same month.
The software aggregates visits and applies the applicable rates and deductions. The operator reviews reports by hotel and by doctor, checks the data and finalizes the monthly report.
Activity, remuneration and deductions feed into the reports.
